Excavator Track Shoe
The track shoes are components of the undercarriage whose function is the transmission of the load to the ground. Usually, there are four connection holes on a track shoe and another two cleaning holes in the center to clean earth off the track shoe. Two neighboring plates have stacking to avoid stone pieces stuck in between and cause damage. Track shoes with triangle shape can be used when an excavator runs on wet ground, because the triangle shape can press the soft ground and increase supporting capacity.

Track Shoe Assembly Line:
It is used for press fitting, conveying, bolt tightening and binding of various specifications of excavator track shoe assembly. It is composed of press fitting hydraulic machine, conveying track, tightening machine and chain winding machine, with high production efficiency. When each module of press fitting, tightening and winding chain is produced separately, the beat of each section is ≤ 20 seconds. The press fitting machine and tightening machine have the function of automatic error prevention to ensure that the quality of the whole track shoe assembly is controllable.
